Aroma: Cumin is a traditional Middle Eastern spice. It has a warm, soft, spicy, musk-like scent. Cumin is found in Oriental-Style scents.
Extraction: Cumin oil is obtained through steam distallation of the seeds.
Benefits: Useful as a stimulant. Good for the digestive system in treating colic, flatulence and indigestion. Cumin's strong therapeutic actions on the nervous system help with tiredness and lethargy. It protects us against negative feelings.
Unique aroma considered by some as an aphrodisiac. Cumin is used by some as a remedy for a weak heart and slow circulation.
Blends:Cumin blends well with Lavender, Rosemary, Rosewood, and Cardamom.
