Aroma: Palmarosa is sweet, floral, rosy, geranium-like scent.

Extraction: The oil is obtained by steam distillation of the fresh or dried grass.

Benefits: Historically, Palmarosa oil was used to fight fevers and infectious diseases particularly bacteria responsible for intestinal infections, such as Escherichia Coli and gastro-enteritis.
Palmarosa stimulates cell regeneration and balances skin. It has anticeptic properties which make it helpful for minor skin infections as well as acne. Palmarosa is a stress reliever.
Excellent for loss of appetite.

Blends: Palmarosa blends well with Bergamot, Citronella, Geranium, Lavender, Orange, Rosewood, Sandalwood, and Ylang Ylang.
